Rename modes (5)

CSV match

Map filenames with a CSV (old name → new name). Headers and row-number columns are ignored; matching is case-insensitive. No match means the original name is kept.

Sequence

Ordered renames: base name + start number + optional step and padding (e.g. Vacation-001, Vacation-002). Supports tokens: {date}, {index}, {width}, {height}, {original}, and EXIF-based tokens.

Find & replace

Replace fixed text in filenames (e.g. remove “DSC_”, fix typos). Only the filename is changed; extensions stay intact.

Regex

Rename using regular expressions with capture groups (e.g. $1, $2). For advanced patterns and bulk renames from a single rule.

Prefix & suffix

Add text to the start or end of every filename. Ideal for batch labels and client exports.

Resize, crop & transform

Resize

Multiple modes: width, height, fit inside, fill/cover, max dimension (longest side), or by percentage. Same settings apply to every rename mode.

Crop

Aspect-ratio crop (1:1, 16:9, 4:6, or custom) or manual pixel crop (left, top, width, height). Applied before resize and export.

Rotate & flip

Rotate 90°, 180°, or 270°; flip horizontal or vertical. Handy for correcting orientation in batch.

Output format

Export as original, JPG, PNG, or WebP. Optional quality and size limits. Extra outputs and output profiles let you write the same batch to multiple formats or folders in one run.

Watermark, adjustments & metadata

Text & image watermark

Add a text watermark (position and opacity) and/or an image/logo watermark (PNG or JPG, scale and position). Both can be used together.

Image adjustments

Global sliders for brightness, contrast, saturation, and exposure. Applied in the pipeline before watermark and export.

Metadata

Strip EXIF/metadata for privacy or keep it. Optionally set copyright, author, headline, description, and keywords (EXIF/IPTC) on output files.
